Job Board – Terms of Use

By submitting a Costume Society of America (CSA) Job Board listing, you agree to all of our terms, conditions and policies listed below.

  • The posting organization shall be responsible for the accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of all employment opportunities that are placed on the Costume Society of America Job Board.

  • All listings must included a salary range
  • Customized formatting will not be provided; the listing will adhere to the basic job board formatting and to the information and word limits as indicated in the job board form fields (employer name, email address, job title, job category, job description, job application qualifications, deadline for applicants, contact information).
  • All job listings shall be removed from the CSA Job Board following a 60 days posting period. Job listings may be removed before the conclusion of the 60 days posting period as directed by posting organization.

  • The posting organization shall submit to CSA only genuine existing employment requirements with the posting organization.

  • CSA assumes no responsibility or liability for any personnel selected by the posting organization and the posting organization represents that any selection, retention or hire of any individual or entity is based solely on the posting organization’s investigation, verification and determination that such hire is suitable for the posting organization’s purposes.

  • The posting organization agrees to hold harmless CSA from any claims, damages or losses incurred by the posting organization or any other party as a result of use of the CSA system.

  • CSA reserves the right to remove the job listing(s) if it is deemed inappropriate by CSA.

  • CSA reserves the right to edit all employment submissions, but will review any such edited submissions with the posting organization prior to posting on the CSA Job Board.

  • No submissions by the posting organization shall reflect, imply or contribute to any discriminatory actions, practices or improper biases. CSA reserves the right to edit submissions to remove any such offending language or implication.

  • The posting organization shall take sole responsibility to assure that the content of its employment submission(s) is true and accurate and conforms to all applicable laws, standards and regulations. The posting organization represents and warrants to CSA that it has all necessary authorization for the placement of the entire content of its job posting. CSA may decline any submission or discontinue submissions at any time and for any reason, and shall not be liable in any manner as a result of such action.
